Network System Engineer

Responsibilities:

You are expected to work closely with the Sales Team in providing technical support to the assigned accounts. You are required to prepare technical proposals and conduct solution presentation and discussion. You are also required to perform system sizing, capacity planning and benchmarking, conducting regular technical and proposal support to the team.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or computer related field
• At least 4 years working experience in post or pre-sales
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Preference will be given to candidates with strong working knowledge in infrastructure and systems and security
• CCNA/CCNP, MCSE preferred

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Working within the IT department for the common goal of system response and system availability, you will be responsible for normal operations and monitoring of performance of network, XP and Win 2000/2003, Exchange 2003, Cisco Pix Firewall, Cisco Works 2000 and Citrix Server Farm. You will also ensure that critical business data on network servers are backed up periodically and could be recovered if necessary. You will be required to provide data backup/recovery procedure and ensure data security. At the same time, you will coordinate with site and global IT for updates, enhancements and installation. You will also evaluate software and hardware enhancements to existing platforms for future upgrades.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer or Science majoring in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in Networking, Exchange and Citrix management
• Or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent with at least 4 - 5 years of experience in Networking, Exchange and Citrix management
